Refund Policy and Other Terms

1. BestBet Jacksonville is a non-smoking 18 and up establishment. You must be 18 or older to attend the seminar. Outdoor smoking patios are provided.

2. No spouses or guests permitted without a guest pass.

3. Refund Policy:

• Before December 31, 2025: Cancellations allowed with 20% fee
• Before January 20, 2026: Cancellations allowed with 50% fee
• January 20, 2026 and after: No refunds

4. Unforeseen extreme circumstances (such as medical emergency or travel disruption) may prevent a poker pro from attending. In such a rare event, we will make a good-faith effort to secure a comparable replacement. No refunds will be issued based on a change in the speaker lineup.
