Jacksonville International (JAX)	25 minutes	This is definitely your best choice. Great medium-size airport with no big-city chaos. Plenty of rental cars (or you can Uber but it's probably just as cheap to rent a car). Direct flights from almost all east-coast cities, and even a few non-stops from Dallas, Denver, Phoenix and some other western cities.
Orlando International (MCO)	2 hours, 15 minutes	Orlando is the busiest airport in Florida, but you'll find the most non-stops from the west coast and even major European cities.

Hampton Inn / East Regency Square	1 mile	This is where I usually stay. Really nice rooms w/ fridge and microwave, and an excellent free breakfast buffet. Call the hotel directly (904-722-8881) and ask for the $99 BestBet rate.
Courtyard by Marriott / Jacksonville I-295 East Beltway	1 mile	I’ve stayed here too and it’s even a little more upscale than the Hampton Inn. There’s an onsite Bistro with breakfast (not free), dinner, and a full bar. This link will get you the BestBet rate ($119-$129).
Holiday Inn Express	Under 2 miles	I’ve never stayed here, but I hear good things and BestBet has a discounted rate (was $109 when I checked).
Hampton Inn / Deerwood	5 miles	Another Hampton Inn - it’s a good backup if the other one is booked, and this link will get you a BestBet rate.
One Ocean Resort and Spa	10 miles	A little farther (and pricey), but if you want to stay in a resort setting right on the beach, this is the place to go!
